Order Cancellations

All cancellations will be accepted, before shipping. If the purchased items are shipped, we will be treating it as a return, NOT a cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product(s) arrival. Please contact us within 7 days, and ship the product(s) back to our requested address. If the items are in re-sell-able condition, we will return the amount for the returned item. If there are any damages to the product(s) we deem un-sell-able we will not be returning money. EX: Was worn or used, washed, damaged, cracked, stained, etc.

All returns will be charge a 20% cancellation fee and shipping fees subtracted from the amount that is meant to be returned to the customer for the returned product(s).

For all exchanges, shipping fees for the returning item and the exchanged item will be paid for in full price, by the customer. For exchanges related to sizing, we will have to make sure if the size you wish to exchange to is available, we will let you know.

All return inquires after 7 days of receiving your order will NOT be accepted.
All shipping costs, with the exception of damaged items upon arrival, will be paid in full by the customer.

Returns Casual Hawaii does NOT Accept:
- Has been deemed to have been worn at least once before returning.
- Has been deemed to have been washed, fixed, or sent to the cleaners before returning.
- All items that cannot be returned, and have been advertised, beforehand, as so.
- All items that have been scratched, stained, have make-up stains, smells of perfume, cologne, or tobacco

ALL FABRIC, ELASTIC, FACE MASK, & SALE items CANNOT be exchanged or returned. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THESE ITEMS.

Damaged Products

Items damaged upon arrival, will be sent to you immediately after we confirm that we have the item(s) that were damaged. We will need confirmation that the damaged items arrival to the location of our say. 
Item(s) mistakenly sent will need to be returned, and we will send the correct item(s) as soon as we confirm that they are available.

For all damaged items we will need pictures sent. Please take pictures so it is easy for our staff to confirm the damage on the product(s).

* Fabric that has a damage can be returned, under some circumstances. If a return or exchange s approved, the fabric must be in its original condition of the amount of yards purchased. If the fabric has been cut or used in any way, we cannot approve an exchange or return.

Shipping

All delivery dates are ESTIMATES. Due to unforeseen events, delays in delivery and shipping may occur. Once an order is shipped, Casual Hawaii does not take any responsibility in lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please contact delivery companies directly. If you would like a tracking number sent again or have any questions about when or how your package was shipped, we would be happy to assist you. 

Please inquire about all international shipping, besides Japan, before placing an order. Shipping fees may differ from the international shipping fee. Delivery fees are subject to change and will be changed by our staff once an order is placed without inquiring first, international shipping fees.

Local Pickup

Local Pickup is an option only available on the island of Oahu. All local pick ups will be at the location designated by Casual Hawaii. An email will be sent to confirm pick up location and time once we confirm all items purchased are available. We are available to do a Pickup any day at 10:30AM, 2PM, or 5PM, unless otherwise stated.
Those who are more than 10 minutes late to the designated time will be charged a delivery fee of $5. Please let us know at least 10 minutes prior if you are going to be late.

Phone Orders

Casual Hawaii is accepting phone orders at this time. We will not be held responsible or accountable for the following:

- Wrong address due to miscommunication over the phone
- Wrong items sent due to miscommunication over the phone
When placing a phone order please have the following information ready:- Full titles of items that you would like to order
- Payment and Shipping address
- Payment information
Payment information is NOT saved at Casual Hawaii for phone orders.
Phone lines at Casual Hawaii are NOT secure, if sharing personal information over the phone on a NOT secure phone line makes you uncomfortable, please order online.
